Our Process
Visual Inspection: Our visual inspection consists of keeping surfaces free of erosion, corrosion, and irregularities and includes a complete visual inspection and assessment of inside bores in all flowline equipment, terminal connections, and surfaces.
Hydrostatic Testing: Testing consists of hydro-pressure testing of all iron being inspected and making sure it holds the pressure with the right PSI capacity and for the right amount of time to ensure the safety of all personnel out on the field.
Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement: UT's precisely measures multiple critical areas in each piece of equipment to detect erosion and determine if wall thickness meets standards and specifications.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI): To conduct an MPI test, a magnetic field is induced in the component being tested followed by the application of fluorescent magnetic particles to the surface of the component. This procedure allows us to detect discontinuities such as rounding or cracks that are not visible to the naked eye in the component.
